In an effort to minimize the COVID-19 threat to our associates, we’ve asked office employees to work remotely. During this time, we will have limited coverage of the general customer service phone lines. We ask that you reach out directly to your Account Manager or email general inquiries.
Our distribution, production, and assembly associates continue to report to the facility to fulfill orders. Like many companies, our associates have been affected by the changes in daily routine resulting from the closure of schools and other limits put in place in support of public health.
We do not anticipate any sustained disruptions as we remain committed to maintaining and improving our service, but we will certainly communicate any changes to lead times if necessary.
