Warranty Policy

Overview

ALL PURCHASE ORDERS INCORPORATE AND ARE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE (“Terms”) BETWEEN QUICK CABLE CORPORATION (“Buyer”, “we” or “us”) AND SELLER IDENTIFIED ON THE FACE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER (the “Seller”) FOR THE SALE OF GOODS.  IN THE CASE OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS AND THE FACE OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER (“Purchase Order”), THESE TERMS WILL CONTROL.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Seller warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Such warranty is subject to Quick Cable Corporation’s warranty documentation. Warranty duration varies by product. Contact customer service (800.558.8667) for details. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, expressed, implied or statutory, and purchaser agrees that the products are sold “as is”.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Quick Cable Corporation shall in no event have obligations or liabilities to purchaser or any other person for loss of profits, loss of use or incidental, special or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory or form of action, even if purchaser has been advised of the possibility thereof, arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, use, repair or performance of the products or the programs, or any failure or delay in connection with any of the foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, Quick Cable Corporation shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage. In no event shall Quick Cable Corporation’s liability exceed the amount received by Quick Cable Corporation for the products.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Quick Cable Corporation to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  Quick Cable Corporation will determine and provide you with the proper procedure for disposing of or returning of product to us. Written authorization from QuickCable is required on all return shipments.

REQUIREMENTS

All returns under warranty will require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).  All warranty returns will require proof of purchase via the original purchase order.  In certain warranty situations, Quick Cable Corporation will require photographical proof of the products condition, prior to issuing an RMA. All returns are to be pre-paid by the customer. Branded product and specially packaged product is non-returnable.

Any additional returns, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Products must be new and in resalable condition in order for the customer to receive account credit for the return.  Upon receipt of the returned products Quick Cable Corporation will determine the condition of the products and issue account credit based on their discovery of items that meet the criteria detailed in Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
